01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fv999 ("fv999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fv999 website at fv999.net and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account on fv999, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the fv999 platform.

fv999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use fv999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

fv999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may be suspended until verification is complete.

Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one fv999 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. fv999 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplication is identified, with all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your fv999 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. fv999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact fv999 support immediately.

• You must keep your registered email address and phone number current and accurate at all times.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or shared with any other person.
• fv999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at fv999's discretion, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

fv999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we reasonably believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

04 Deposits & Payments

fv999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the mobile banking services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fv999 wallet within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 15 minutes, contact fv999 support with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• fv999 does not charge deposit fees, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits that have been used in gameplay are non-refundable.
• fv999 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit if there is a dispute or if the transaction cannot be verified.
• Deposits made in error (wrong amount, wrong account) must be reported to fv999 support within 24 hours. fv999 will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to incorrect accounts.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on fv999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This means if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be sent to your bKash account. fv999 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on the account.

Standard withdrawal processing time on fv999 is 15 to 30 minutes from the time the request is approved. VIP players benefit from priority processing, with most withdrawals completing in under 10 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform activity or if additional verification is required.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. fv999 may request documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See the Bonuses section below for full details.
• fv999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
• Players may not cancel a withdrawal request once it has been submitted and approved. Pending requests that have not yet been processed may be cancelled by contacting support.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

fv999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the welcome bonus offer details.
• Reload Bonuses: Periodically offered to existing players. Subject to the same wagering requirement structure as the welcome bonus unless otherwise stated.
• Cashback Offers: Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over a defined period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• VIP Rewards: Points earned through the fv999 VIP programme can be converted to bonus credits. VIP bonus credits are subject to a reduced wagering requirement as a benefit of VIP membership.

fv999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to the original terms.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on fv999 — including live dealer games on W Live and Playtech Live, fishing games (Dragon Fishing and Lucky Gods Fishing), and card games (Teen Patti and Callbreak) — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• All bets placed on fv999 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been submitted.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, fv999 will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the game provider's rules. If a round cannot be completed, bets will be refunded to the player's wallet.
• fv999 live dealer games are streamed in real time. Connection interruptions on the player's side do not entitle the player to a refund of bets placed before the interruption.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. fv999 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• fv999 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live games. RTP figures for all games are available on the platform.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the result recorded on fv999's servers, the server record is considered the authoritative result. fv999's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fv999. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live card games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the fv999 platform. Any such issues must be reported to fv999 support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use fv999 for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other tools to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing fv999's eligibility requirements.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward fv999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

09 Responsible Gaming

fv999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to prevent problem gambling seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all fv999 players at no cost and can be activated at any time through your account settings or by contacting fv999 support:

Nothing in these Terms limits fv999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms
